When comedian David A. Arnold was preparing to shoot his Netflix stand-up special, Fat Ballerina, I came on board as producer—working directly with David from the initial creative conversations through final delivery. While his executive production team, including Kevin Hart and Dave Becky, managed the Netflix deal, my role was to collaborate with David to bring the taping of the special into reality.
We began by mapping out David’s vision, clearly defining Netflix’s technical specifications, and structuring a production budget around the creative goals. I led the project end-to-end, handling venue scouting, hiring the video production crew, and sourcing staging, lighting, camera, and audio equipment. On set, I managed all production logistics and crew operations, ensuring everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule.

Following production, I oversaw the entire post-production pipeline—working closely with an external editor, motion graphics team, composer, and audio post facility—and managed the final delivery, coordinating the export and submission directly to Netflix.
